I. Introduction
Welcome to the Port Malaya Quests Guide!
Port Malaya is a village located southwest of Alberta. One of the localized cities under Gravity’s Global Project, featuring maps based off of countries with licensed Ragnarok Online servers, it is an area inspired by Philippine folklore, characteristics and culture. Quests in this area revolve around fending off evil spirits and battling MVPs designed after Philippine mythical creatures, with the main crafting quest being the Agimat Tattoo accessories which can only be done during the Pintados Festival.

Note that you must always select the “… … …” option in the dialogue window to avoid failing of tattoo crafting and losing materials.
VII. Application
Completing the Main Quest, MVP instance prerequisites, instance propers and Pintados Festival will yield players to crafting the aforementioned Agimat Tattoos. As of writing (19 May 2024), the most ideal and significant accessory to craft is the Bakonawa Agimat Tattoo, which gives a substantial amount of ATK and ASPD for a F2P item (though will take some time to gather all the materials as well as activating the Pintados Festival for the server).
Bangungot Agimat Tattoo, on the other hand, can provide healing classes such as full-support Archbishops another accessory option to use (albeit until they gain access to more powerful options like enchanted Mora accessories).
Among the three, the Buwaya Agimat Tattoo is the least viable to craft. Though it provides some boost to MATK, spellcasters who rely on elemental damage may prefer using an accessory which can be slotted with cards such as Mavka, Headless Mule or Elvira. On top of that, the percentage fixed cast time reduction the accessory provides will not stack with other sources of percentage fixed cast time reduction since those with higher value will always take priority (ex. Having the Sacrament’s -50% FCT buff up will completely overshadow the -7% FCT effect this accessory provides).
